Article Processing Charges (APC)

If a paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay Article Processing Charges (APC)* to cover part of our expenses including those of journal production (copy editing, proof reading, layout preparation, etc), indexing, DOI numbering, online publishing, etc. 

APC for all types of articles: US$300* or equivalent

With effect from 10 January 2023, HORIZON E-PUBLISHING GROUP will begin to charge GST @18% on fees collected from authors in accordance with the Government of India's mandate and in accordance with the GST Law and regulations. The aforementioned tax will be added to the pricing listed on the website and would be taken from the authors before being remitted to the Government of India.

* Fee waiver policy

1. Our fee waiver policy offers to reduce the publication fees for authors (particularly for masters and doctoral students) who cannot pay the full amount charged for publication. The fee waiver request has to be submitted immediately after submission of the manuscript and fee waiver request submitted after acceptance will not be considered. 

2. As per the PST journal's reviewers' policy, if a reviewer submits a manuscript for publishing in the PST journal, 10% discount per manuscript reviewed will be offered. This discount can be cumulative up to 5 manuscript reviews to get a 50% waiver on the APC.

Note:- Above two waiving options can not be clubbed together.
