The corresponding author can withdraw their submission before and after the acceptance from the journal published by Horizon e-Publishing Group (HePG) for the genuine reasons. Article withdraw request can be made at any point before making the APC with submission ID by email to thripthi@horizonepublishing.com.
30% of cancellation fee will be deducted when refund of the APC if the corresponding author requesting to withdraw the article after the payment is done but before publication. However, no refund is possible for any reasons if the article is published online. Authors have to check journal indexing status as per their requirements. HePG is responsible only for online publication of papers on Journal website at https://horizonepublishing.com/journals/index.php/PST.
In case, when the article has been published and there is a breach in the research or the conduct of the Author, the journal has all rights to retract the article and No refund will be provided. If any author wants to retract the article for their own reason, there will be no refund in Article Processing Charges from Journal at any circumstances.
