New Article Processing Charges (APC) policy

If a paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Processing Charges (APC) to cover part of our expenses including those of journal production (copy editing, proof reading, layout preparation, etc), indexing, DOI numbering, online hosting, etc.  The APC for all papers submitted after 10 Dec 2016, plus transaction charges, VAT or local taxes where applicable:

Regular APC: US$300

Authors from developing countries: US$150*

Upon submission of an original research paper, authors will be asked to confirm that they take responsibility for payment of the APC. By paying this fee authors are permitted to post the final, published, PDF of their article on a website, blogs, academic or social media sites, institutional repository or other free public server immediately on publication. Contact us if you have any query.

* Further discounts may be given on a case by case basis. 

Our fee waiver policy offers to waive or further reduce the publication fees for authors who cannot pay the full amount charged for publication, remains in effect. We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work.
